Cancellation policy

When you purchase a pre-order on this website, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill the product and charge any remaining payment at a future date. 

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order.

Fulfilled means that the product has been shipped, or – in the case of a digital download – the download link or files have been sent to you by email.
